  2009 Subaru Legacy

  This car was traveling at a high rate of speed and suffered a pretty substantial amount of damage. It will require a new frame rail on the right side.

  Laser Measurement

  The red numbers on this measurement indicate where correction is needed. The laser measurements show that the unibody has sustained serious vertical and horizontal damage.

• 

  Frame Alignment Process

  During the frame repair process, the blue numbers indicate where the vehicle is now within factory specifications. Perfection is achieved when all the numbers are blue - indicating all portions of the frame are now within strict manufacturer specifications.

  Welding

  We use factory quality resistance spot welds and MIG (metal inert gas) welding to achieve high strength that meet manufacturer requirements.

• 

  Assembly

  Reinstall mechanical related items. Assemble radiator and air conditioning unit. Assemble sheet metal and square prior to painting.

• 

  Refinishing

  We are Color Match experts, using a worldwide database of manufacturer colors to ensure an excellent match. High quality urethane provides UV protection for a long-lasting finish.

• 

  Final Assembly

  Remainder of vehicle parts are assembled.

• 

  Finished Product

  Vehicle looks great and color match technology ensures an excellent paint match with original finish.
